Grandpa has kept his old store waiting for you. It's empty, the lights are off and the town is full of hungry customers. Wire it up, stock it and open the doors. How big it grows is up to you.

Run a real supermarket

• Order products and fixtures from the P-Shop on your Market OS tablet and unload the delivery van yourself.

• Place racks, fridges, freezers and fruit tables exactly where you want them, with snapping that keeps your aisles neat.

• Stock every shelf, set your own prices and watch customers react: they compare, complain, and tell you why they left.

• Work the till yourself, scan item by item or all at once, or hire cashiers and stockers to run the floor for you.

• Name your store and paint its sign.

Power it yourself

• Run cables from the town's metered line, batteries, switches and splitters to your doors and lamps.

• Free power from the wind turbine at the barn, paid bills for the town's electricity.

Grow, raise, produce

• Buy greenhouses and grow fruit and vegetables: keep light, water and soil right and the harvest comes faster.

• Raise beef and dairy cattle, chickens, pigs and sheep in the barn for milk, eggs and meat.

• Open the City Factory and turn ingredients into flour, pasta, bread, cheese, sauces and more, from more than 50 recipes.

A whole town around you

• A coastal city with a beach, a gas station, traffic and people on every street.

• Buy vehicles, fill them up at the pumps and drive them yourself.

• Day and night, weather, and a bed at home: sleep to the next morning and read your day's summary of money in, money out and customers served.

• Earn XP, raise your licence to unlock new products, and upgrade your store space, storage and staff speed.

• Bank loans when you need money fast, and bills that come due every day.
