Terms of Service

Welcome to Thinkmay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thinkmay CloudPC platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use this service.
2. The Service
Thinkmay provides Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) through high-performance CloudPCs. We provide the hardware and connectivity; you provide the software and usage.
3. Licensing (Bring Your Own License - BYOL)
Thinkmay operates on a BYOL model.
- Operating Systems & Software: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid licenses for any software, including Windows OS or applications, that you install or run on your CloudPC.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all End User License Agreements (EULAs) associated with the software you use.
4. Third-Party Account Access
Thinkmay may facilitate access to third-party game libraries.
- Thinkmay does not own these accounts and acts strictly as an intermediary.
- We are not responsible for the stability, availability, or banning of these third-party accounts. Use of these accounts is at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Thinkmay for:
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Any form of mining is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
- Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing pirated material, malware, or illegal content.
- Network Abuse: Performing DDoS attacks, IP scanning, or unauthorized hacking from our infrastructure.
- Automated Botting: Using scripts that cause excessive hardware wear or bypass service limits.
6. Persistent Storage & Inactivity
We provide persistent storage for your convenience. However:
- Thinkmay reserves the right to delete data from accounts that have been inactive (no paid credits/subscription) for more than 2 days.
- You are responsible for backing up your own critical data. Thinkmay is not liable for data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
Thinkmay is provided "As-Is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or lag-free, as performance depends heavily on the user's internet connection and ISP. Thinkmay is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
