How Thinkmay Pricing Works
Our pricing is designed to be flexible, transparent, and fair. We use a Credit-based system combined with optional Library Access Fees.
1. The Credit System
Thinkmay operates on a "Pay-as-you-go" model using Credits.
- Usage: Credits are deducted from your balance based on the time your CloudPC is "Active."
- Storage Fee: Because we provide Persistent Storage (your files stay saved even when you turn the PC off), a small number of credits may be deducted periodically to maintain your disk space.
2. Library Access Service
For users who do not own specific games, we offer a technical integration service for a nominal fee (e.g., 1,000 VND).
- This fee covers the technical configuration required to connect you to a third-party library provider.
- This is not a sale or sub-license of the game itself.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Technical Faults: If the service is unusable due to a Thinkmay server failure for more than 24 hours, you are entitled to a credit refund for the affected period.
- User Error: Credits spent due to leaving a CloudPC running or due to user-side internet issues are generally non-refundable.
- Withdrawal: Credits purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for cash, except where required by local consumer law.
4. Hardware Tiers
Different GPU/CPU configurations have different hourly credit rates. You can view the current rate in your dashboard before starting a session.
5. Account Expiry
If your credit balance remains at zero for 2 consecutive days, Thinkmay reserves the right to reclaim the disk space allocated to your account, resulting in the deletion of your persistent data.
