Rare: 7% chance (about 0.56 cards per pack)
Epic: 2% chance (about 0.16 cards per pack)
Legendary: 0.9% chance (about 0.072 cards per pack)
Secret Rare: 0.1% chance (about 0.008 cards per pack)
