Overview

Learn to type, learn the world!

Type the World teaches correct ten-finger typing. Instead of random words, you type real places on a real map – countries, capitals, cities, rivers and more from all around the world.

Type the World works the way learning typing always has: repetition. You type and keep typing until your fingers know where the keys are without looking. Once you have the muscle memory down, speed comes next.

No experience needed. Learn the very basics in Keyboard Trainer mode, venture forth to the Type the World mode with 2,000 real world locations to practice on, and put your skills to the test in Flash Cards quiz mode. While you’re training finger muscle memory, you also drill your brain on geography – two valuable everyday skills.
