Entity: Thinkmay Company Limited (MST: 0318710114)
1. Introduction
Thinkmay ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our CloudPC services. By using Thinkmay, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Data We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google OAuth or other sign-in methods.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, session duration, and technical logs related to your CloudPC performance.
- Payment Data: We use Stripe for payment processing. Thinkmay does not store your credit card details on our servers.
- Persistent Storage: We provide persistent disk storage for your CloudPC. While we provide the infrastructure, the data stored within your CloudPC environment is private and managed by you.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the CloudPC service.
- To process transactions and manage subscriptions.
- To provide technical support and troubleshoot latency issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent use (e.g., crypto-mining or cyberattacks).
4. Data Residency and Transfers
Thinkmay is a Vietnamese legal entity. While your primary computing data is stored on local servers to ensure low latency, metadata and billing information may be processed internationally through partners like Stripe (USA) and Google (USA). By using our service, you consent to this cross-border transfer.
5. Third-Party Services
Our "Game Library Access" feature connects you with third-party account providers. Thinkmay does not store the credentials of these third-party accounts; we act only as a technical bridge. Your use of those accounts is subject to the privacy policies of the respective providers.
6. Your Rights
Under Vietnam’s Decree 13 and global standards, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request the deletion of your account and all associated persistent storage.
- Opt-out of marketing communications.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, as storage is persistent, users are responsible for securing their own CloudPC environment (e.g., setting strong passwords for Windows/Linux instances).
