What can an AI assistant do for a shop owner in a day?
May helps you, the owner. It does not answer customers on behalf of your shop page. You hand over a job in a message, the way you would text someone you know, and May does it on its own VPS, even when your phone and laptop are off.
A normal day for a small shop could look like this.
- 07:00: May sends a summary of new orders to Zalo. You read it with your coffee.
- Mid-morning: you ask "Did anyone order the blue tote today?" and May answers with the count and the delivery addresses.
- Afternoon: you paste in a customer message and May drafts a reply for you to check and send.
- 17:00: May reminds you to pack and sends the list with addresses.
- Overnight: May checks a few rival shops and drafts an offer, then waits for your approval.
Each May runs on its own VPS in Ho Chi Minh City, so it keeps working after your phone and laptop are off. Only you can message your May.
Automatic order reports in Zalo or Telegram every morning
Set it once and May sends your order summary every day at 07:00 to Zalo or Telegram. No spreadsheet to open, nothing to remember.
May only works with what you give it. Share your order numbers, revenue or ad spend and May reads them and flags what stands out, such as revenue up for the week or your best seller.
You can change the time, change the content or turn the report off with one message.
May watches rival prices and writes the weekly report
May can compare prices with a few rival shops each week and tell you which items you are cheaper on and which you are not. You decide whether to change a price.
At the end of the week, May sends a report on Friday afternoon: orders, revenue, best sellers and the jobs you asked for that are still open.
| What you hand over | When May does it | Does it ask you first |
|---|---|---|
| Summary of new orders | Every day at 07:00 | No, it just tells you |
| Compare prices with rivals | Monday at 09:00 | No, it reports the result |
| Weekly report | Friday at 17:00 | No, it just tells you |
| Draft a reply to a customer | When you send May their message | Yes, you check it before it goes out |
| Send a discount code to regular customers | After you approve | Yes, May asks Send or Not now |
| Remind you to pack, remind you to close orders | At the time you set | No |
May asks before any risky step
When a step could affect your customers, May stops and asks. Say Shop A just cut prices. May drafts a 15% code for your regulars and asks: send it to 1,240 customers? You tap Send or Not now.
If you tap Not now, May holds it back and sends nothing. A second AI also checks risky commands before May runs them.
Only you can talk to May, and it remembers what you tell it
May answers only your account. Anyone else who messages your bot gets no reply.
Tell it once, for example "reply in Vietnamese" or "close orders at 21:00", and May remembers. Ask it to forget and it forgets.
May uses the same Thinkmay wallet as your VPS. You can set a daily AI limit so spending stays where you want it.
